Sodexo has pioneered the HTM app, a first of its kind mobile application that provides maintenance of biomedical equipment and its lifecycle management.
What is Sodexo HTM?
Lack of dedicated Biomedical engineering team was leading to the healthcare segment being heavily dependent on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for maintenance. Thus, challenges like inconsistent services, high cost, delayed response and consequent detrimental impact of downtime on revenue and reputation were being faced by the small and medium healthcare units. There was a dire need for a professional medical equipment maintenance service provider that could match the pace and quality of these challenging times.
Therefore, we at Sodexo, came up with Sodexo HTM to address these existing industry concerns. The HTM app is custom designed by our global experts; services can be used in real time with service log tracking. It provides quick turnaround and standardized maintenance procedures, response time within 86,400 seconds at competitive rates.
Through the HTM app, we provide services like asset tagging, user training, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, calibration of equipment and installation/relocation/dismantling of equipment. Our well-trained team of engineers, supported by a fully equipped lab with more than 3000+ spares and accessories is at available to ensure flawless repair and maintenance of almost every medical equipment.
The app has currently been launched in West Bengal region only, but we will soon extend our reach to the entire country.
