New Employees

Welcome to the Sodexo family! This page is intended to serve new employees (0-3 months) with many resources and information that will be useful to you as a new recruits!

Don't forget that your manager is there to accompany you at every step of your orientation journey, so do not hesitate to ask questions.

On your first day at work, your manager should provide you with an Orientation Passport that will guide each of your steps along your first three months at Sodexo. Make sure to ask your manager about your passport if you have not received it yet.

Welcome Onboard contains many interesting courses such as : Discoring Sodexo, Company Guidelines, Customer Service, Safety and more!

Although your manager may train you direclty for some of these topics, you should know that many of these courses are available in a digital format, through an online system called iMS. You may access iMS through any company provided device, by using this Link and you may access your mandatory trainings by clicking on "My Online Training" button. Make sure to discuss with your manager before completing any online courses.

This section highlights the policies and guidelines that were identified as being the most relevant to you as a new employee.
