Since 1990, Sodexo Justice Services has specialized in the social inclusion of offenders through the INSERXO program. It aims to integrate, train, assess and guide the prisoners on developing projects and reemployment and Sodexo accompanies them after their detention during a period of six months.

The “Workplace Health Promotion Programme” aims at creating healthy environments, ensuring that organisational policies are conducive to good health and providing special programs and services at work, in order to influence positively employees’ health.

Sodexo launched the Stop Wasting Food campaign www.stopwastingfood.org on September 2010 to ask college students to consider the environmental impact of food waste. The campaign had one simple goal: winning student support for cutting food waste to curb climate change.
