    My role is to lead the development and growth of Sodexo’s property management business – helping to further build our capability to create and manage property solutions for our clients – solutions that improve Quality of Life.

    Throughout my 20 years in the industry, I have helped many large private and public-sector occupiers create and successfully implement new property management solutions. I have worked to bring the best out of the people, systems and processes that need to come together to create the best workplace experiences.

    I joined Sodexo in 2017 from my role as a Director of an asset management consultancy with the specific mission to lead the start-up and growth of Sodexo’s property management capability – the ‘Integrator’. I am thrilled, that during this time we have grown our business and developed a team of over 260 talented property professionals - professionals who manage over 950 buildings and £670m of property spend on behalf of our clients and 90,000+ customers. I am hugely privileged to be able to work with the team on the continued development of our proposition and excited at the prospect of working with further new clients.

    Outside of work I enjoy:

    • Family time! Hanging out with Emma, Joey and all my family and friends.

    • Travel, cycling, sailing and outdoor pursuits.
