My role in Sodexo is to manage change across the property professional services business, supporting our clients to deliver complex transformation and operational programmes. This includes implementing governance frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships and developing and overseeing plans to ensure project delivery and drive acceptance of change.
I have five years’ project management experience within the sector, working on a range of programmes from mobilisations to operating model redesign. My most recent experience has been working on Covid-19 responses, and it has been really rewarding to support our clients with the continuation of service delivery and the provision of a compliant workplace.
Joining Sodexo at the start of the pandemic meant I had limited face to face interaction with the team, but I instantly felt welcomed and encouraged to grow. The supportive environment and focus on professional development are testament to the culture at Sodexo, and I am proud to be a part of it.
Outside of work I enjoy:
