I am responsible for over 100 property professionals delivering a range of property services that includes QSE and compliance, supply chain management, estate operations and asset management for a key client. 

Prior to joining Sodexo, I worked for a number of blue-chip clients in the retail, banking and pharma sectors driving performance improvement and value for clients together with revenue and GP growth. 

During the 22 years working within the property, estate and facilities management sector I managed services to dispersed portfolios across the UK and Ireland, delivering complex services to both private and public sector clients. 

Adopting a composed leadership style and calm under pressure enables me to make decisions based on experience and data driven analysis. ​Over the years this approach has facilitated positive and long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through honesty, empathy, and the building of trust through delivery.​ 

I have enjoyed being part of Sodexo’s growth in recent years and believe the positive culture inspires employees - a key factor in this success. Our social values are supported across the business, and I enjoy participating in many of the volunteering activities that raise money for our partner charities.
