Employee Engagement Survey

Every two years, we conduct a survey worldwide to understand employee engagement and identify and act upon opportunities for progress. In April 2014, we carried out our 5th international Employee Engagement Survey involving 130,000 employees invited in 60 countries:

  • 68% response rate,

  • 86% of our employees feel that Sodexo is a better employer than the competition.
