I manage a team of property professionals providing a range of complex maintenance solutions across our customer portfolio. Through effective development of maintenance strategy, aligned to the strategic objectives of the organisation we ensure that the statutory / mandatory compliance and operational requirements of the organisation are met, whilst seeking to maximise lifespan of the asset.  

Over the past 22 years I have developed my career working in diverse estates across public and private sector customers such as Defence, Aviation and Utilities. I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of maintenance within highly regulated and challenging environments, ensuring the ongoing operation of critical infrastructure.  

Having joined Sodexo in 2020 I was bowled over by the level of knowledge and expertise of our many property professionals, but also the professionalism of the organisation in making sure that everyone can tap into the collective experience. I really enjoy being part of such a forward-thinking team.  

Outside of work I enjoy: 

• Photography – I know the technicalities of camera control, but I’m still developing my artistic flare! 
• Getting out to walk or cycle the local trails – I live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 
• Family time - exploring new places.
