These professionals generously share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations, illustrating the dynamic nature of the FM industry and how they inspire, integrate, and innovate in every day.

Whether it is managing assets, ensuring compliance, or enhancing workplace safety, our colleagues embody the spirit of World FM Day by making a tangible difference in their roles.  

    Hannah Kerin - Asset Data Engineering Manager

    Hannah Kerin epitomises strategic asset management. Her role focuses on overseeing asset surveys, lifecycle management, and ISO 55000 advisory services, emphasising sustainability and optimisation.  

    With a background in marine engineering, Hannah brings a unique perspective to FM, ensuring efficient asset utilisation and longevity across projects.  

    Hannah's leadership extends beyond technical expertise; she values the importance of team management and continuous professional development. 

    One of Hannah’s most memorable office experiences was stumbling upon an unexpected seance during an audit—a reminder of the unexpected moments in their line of work!  

    Reflecting on her role, Hannah advocates for greater recognition of well-maintained assets in driving revenue and sustainability.

    Amy Williamson - Asset & Compliance Manager  

    Amy Williamson.jpgAmy Williamson is our asset & compliance manager for our contract with a corporate services client. She manages assets and CAFM systems across their UK and Ireland sites.  

    Amy's career trajectory underscores the evolving nature of FM, from starting as an assistant facilities manager to now working within a large team.  

    Amy emphasises the significance of FM in supporting business success and passionately advocates for more recognition the role of FM and the value it and the professionals within it have to client organisations 

    Her advice to newcomers highlights the importance of continuous learning and networking in FM.

    “Being an Asset & Compliance Manager in FM is both challenging and rewarding. Each day presents new opportunities to innovate and contribute to the success of organisations. I am proud to be part of an industry that is constantly evolving and making a positive impact on businesses and communities alike.”  

    Ravi Dheer - Technical Officer

    Ravi Dheer oversees electrical aspects, project management, and statutory compliance at an energy and resources client in London. 

    Transitioning from a process engineering background, Ravi exemplifies the strategic and operational facets of FM, ensuring efficient shutdowns and project management.  

    Ravi's experiences highlight the unexpected challenges within FM, from encountering asbestos during a shutdown to advocating for the industry's recognition and complexity.  

    Beyond FM, Ravi enjoys boxing, fitness, and cooking, highlighting a well-rounded approach to life and work.  

    Reflecting on his role, Ravi Dheer said:

    “In my role, I must excel in both task and people management. There is always a task at hand, and effective management of our team is crucial for successful project completion. My role demands a strategic approach, particularly concerning personnel management, isolations, and ensuring business continuity within the electrical domain.”
