Sodexo is regularly awarded prizes and international recognition for its initiatives in a variety of areas ranging from services to human resources and environmental protection.
RoSPA Health and Safety Awards
April 2022: Sodexo is celebrating seven Gold Medal Awards at the 2022 RoSPA Health and Safety Awards. Its corporate services business also received the President’s Award for over ten consecutive years of receiving a Gold Medal, and the Sodexo Property Professional Services business also won the Safe@work-Safe@home trophy.
IWFM Awards
October 2021: Sodexo won four awards. The Wellbeing award for its counselling service; Moses Ayoola won Account Manager of the Year; Sodexo’s government business won Workplace Experience (non-office/corporate environment) award for Village at Worthy Down and finally Sodexo and AstraZeneca won Workplace Experience (office/corporate environment).
Disability Confident Leader
September 2021: Sodexo has had its Leader status in the UK Government's Disability Confident scheme re-accredited for a further three years. The accreditation is an external validation of Sodexo’s commitment to promote the recruitment, engagement and development of people with disabilities.
RoSPA President’s Award
August 2021: Sodexo’s corporate services business has received a gold award from RoSPA for ten consecutive years, entitling it to the RoSPA President’s Award. RoSPA’s health and safety awards are internationally recognised and awarded to organisations demonstrating outstanding health and safety standards.
BITC Responsible Business Awards
September 2020. Sodexo named as a Responsible Business Champion in the Business in the Community’s (BITC) Responsible Business Awards . The accolade has been awarded in the UPS Environmental Leadership Award category in recognition of Sodexo’s commitments to repair and sustain our planet.
