Employee Engagement Survey

Every two years, we conduct a survey worldwide to understand employee engagement and identify and act upon opportunities for progress. In 2012, we carried out our 4th international Employee Engagement Survey with 130,000 employees invited in 60 countries:

• 70% response rate,

• +14% response rate compared to the 2010 Engagement Survey,

• 85% of our employees feel that Sodexo is a better employer than the competition.
