March 2011 - Sodexo was Ranked 2nd on the 2011 DiversityInc magazine list of the Top 50 Companies for Diversity.

October 2010 - Sodexo received the AFPA Grand Prize for its diversity and inclusion training program: Spirit of Inclusion. The award is given to “companies who have developed particularly innovative training programs or policies in the area of the fight against discrimination and for equal opportunities”.

August 2010 - SWIFt (Sodexo Women's International Forum for Talent) took 5th place at the 7th Annual 2010 Innovations in Diversity Awards.

May 2010 - Sodexo was named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies for 2010 by the Ethisphere Institute.  This was the second consecutive year that Sodexo was named to the list which recognizes organizations' based on their commitment to ethical leadership, compliance practices and corporate social responsibility.

March 2010 - Sodexo ranked first on the 2010 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.

The Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) awarded Rohini Anand, Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer at Sodexo, its Trailblazer Award for 2009. This prize recognizes executives who publicly support and actively advance gender diversity within their organizations and the foodservices industry, as well as creating and implementing new pathways for women at all levels.
