Our learning strategy is achieved by:

  • Working with the business leaders to understand the key areas of focus and the changes that they will bring to prepare people for them

  • Extracting individuals’ learning needs from their performance development reviews so that we can make provision for these in our learning plans

  • Providing opportunities for career development through a range of programmes that increase both personal capability and meet people’s desires to build their careers
