Sodexo hires and trains employees from four different generations from young people to seniors. The Group makes an effort to help them work together in order to share their experiences and creativity.
In 2018, the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers have recognized Sodexo as one of Canada’s leading employers for people under thirty years old. Companies are assessed on their programs to attract and retain younger workers. The recognition from Mediacorp Canada is based on a number of initiatives which Sodexo has implemented across the country, including Sodexo’s popular Rising Stars program, which offers placements for interns, co-op students and new managers to assist their advancement in the organization.
