Supplier diversity

Supplier diversity strengthens us all

We share a vision of a workplace rooted in diversity, and recognize that diversity benefits us all. We actively seek to bring diverse businesses into our network of suppliers, including minority-owned, women-owned, disabled-owned or LGBT-owned companies. Sodexo has publicly committed to having an inclusive supply chain around the world as part of our Better Tomorrow Plan. Sodexo tracks the progress by country annually for both women and underutilized vendors as defined in each country as well as spend with local, small businesses or SME ( Small Medium Enterprise) businesses. To support our local community, we globally have committed to spend 25% of our purchases with SME businesses with a focus on local and diverse by 2025.
