Brand & Communications careers
The Brand & Communications department is responsible for the external communication to the general public and internal communications to engage our employees.
We are made up of several teams - the PR & Press Office, Internal Communications, Digital Communications and Creative Services.

Finance careers
Finance Shared Services supports all segments across the UK & Ireland as well as central services in HR, service operations & brand & communications.
Our aim is to deliver an excellent, cost-effective customer service through our passionate, motivated team.
The senior management team along with other key managers are focused on creating the right environment in which our team members can flourish, through appropriate training, development and management support that will help to optimise our ‘ways of working’.

HR careers
Our HR Shared Services team based in our 'PeopleCentre' in Salford, provides HR services to our 34,000 employees and 2,500 managers across the UK and Ireland.
Our 80 team members work collaboratively across a range of HR administration and advisory processes to support our customers who work at over 2000 sites across the UK delivering services to our clients. Every day the PeopleCentre team handle requests that range from helping to source a training course, scheduling interviews to fill vacant roles, making sure employees get paid through to providing expert guidance to managers who are dealing with people issues.
Working with our diverse customer base, provides the team with the opportunity to develop a breadth knowledge which helps to progress through a range of roles within PeopleCentre or to other parts of the HR Family. We are immensely proud of the internal progression and development achieved by so many colleagues within the team and of our Gold IIP status. Once the hard work is done, the team relax at various social events from team building events, trying local restaurants and raising money for our Sodexo charities.
Outside of the HR Shared Services team we have HR Business Partners, working within our business units providing strategic HR support to our Managers and Clients, highly visible they develop a HR agenda that supports the overall aims of the business.
