Through the use of social media and appointed student experience managers within the universities where we operate, we develop communities and encourage involvement and input in to how we develop our services.

Student Experience ManagerWe appoint a student experience manager at each of our universities to actively engage with customers.

We use Twitter and Facebook, for example, to promote great value offers, raise awareness of issues such as health and wellbeing, and to respond quickly to any criticism – constructive or otherwise – to further improve our service delivery.

Importantly, we don’t talk at our customers, we talk with them to develop communities and encourage involvement.

Student Living by Sodexo

Student Living by Sodexo was first launched in the UK to bring together the extensive portfolio of student living services that Sodexo offers to universities, investors and developers in the student accommodation sector.

Sodexo have been working with students for over 20 years. In 2004 we added student accommodation to our services in partnership with an existing client and since then we have grown this side of the business to over 10,000 student beds.  These services include marketing, booking, lettings and finance management as well as student services such as pastoral care, through to facilities management, waste management, catering and retail services.
