Since 2006, Sodexo is deploying the “Aspretto” offer of 100% natural tea and coffee sourced from local markets accredited by internationally recognized fair trade organizations. At the end of FY2011, 35,000 Aspretto drinks are sold daily on 800 units in 13 countries.

Launched in January 2012, this program aims at informing consumers about the benefits of healthy food and physical exercise. It encourages them to participate to workshops such as fitness, dance, massages, healthy breakfasts or coaching. More than 600 sites will take advantage of the program.

In July 2010, Sodexo actively participated to the National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee Week celebrations (NAIDOC). Events have been implemented throughout Sodexo remote sites to celebrate Indigenous people in accordance with the year’s theme, Unsung Heroes – Closing the Gap by Leading Their Way.

Since these Ethical Principles cover a wide range of business practices and conduct, and as Sodexo’s shares are publicly traded, the Group has adopted a set of guidelines for certain Senior Managers.
