Following what has been a most challenging year, Denis Machuel, our CEO, takes a moment to review the past year with Sodexo employees from all over the world, sharing the impression the year has left on him. He reiterates his belief that quality of life has become more critical than ever to the people we serve. He also shares his hopes for 2021 and confidence for our future. Denis acknowledges the amazing service spirit we have demonstrated, which is also certainly one of our best assets for the year to come.
