A Sodexo internship is an exciting opportunity for college students to turn their leadership potential into valuable professional experience, and to get a head start on their careers.

Sodexo interns learn how to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service to guests, clients, patients or even the U.S. Marine Corps! Interns are encouraged and expected to make an impact immediately as they experience the benefits of mentoring and our unmatched nationwide network of support.

Paid internships are offered in full-time summer or part-time spring sessions in these areas of career focus:

  • Culinary, catering and food service management

  • Environmental services/Housekeeping management

  • Facilities/ Engineering management

We also offer active duty or retired military veterans a full-time internship (40 hours) for 10 weeks in locations throughout the country.

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • Major in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering or other industry-related program

  • Be a rising sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student

  • Have a strong record of community service and leadership
