China Future Manager Program
Sodexo established the first Sino-France master degree program majored in foodservices in cooperation with the ESTHUA School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the Université d’Angers.

A professional “step-up” with STEP
STEP is a 3-year fast-track development program to grow experienced service supervisors/junior managers to senior managers.

Facilities Management Academy (FMA)
FMA is a Sodexo university to foster the development of frontline facilities managers. The tuition is delivered by either in-house subject experts or external organizations around the FM industry’s core competencies.

Cook Training
The program is a combination of classroom and on-job training that provides professional qualification certificates for frontline employees from assistant cooks to newly recruited chefs to win internal promotions.
