 	Sodexo is a member of Catalyst, an organization working globally to build inclusive workplaces and expand opportunities for women in business. 
 Catalyst is also a leading organization on gender research. Rohini Anand has been nominated to be on its advisory board.
 	Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society 
 	The Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society promotes women’s visions on economic and social issues. 
 Sodexo has been a sponsor of this conference in Deauville, France (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010) and Shanghai, China (2008) with over 20 women from Sodexo attending and Michel Landel participating on panels and a CEO round table.
 	ENAR 
 	Sodexo works with ENAR, The European Network Against Racism. 
 Based in all the countries of the European Union, ENAR challenges racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia.
 	ORC Worldwide Global Diversity Forum 
 	Sodexo is an active member of the ORC’s Global Diversity Forum (a Mercer group company), an organization that provides global companies with information, insight, and best practices on effective global diversity strategies. Sodexo’s Chief Diversity Officer, Rohini Anand serves on its advisory board.
 	Women's International Network 
 	It brings together high performing and high potential women from more than 70 countries for an annual three-day leadership conference dedicated to inspiring, empowering, developing and mobilizing middle management women. 
 Sodexo is a primary sponsor of this conference and many Sodexo employees attend. 
 
 	JUMP Forum 	
 The JUMP Forum is hosted annually and offers women practical tools to help them achieve their professional aspirations. 
 JUMP also supports companies and organizations that wish to promote better gender diversity. Sodexo is a sponsor of this event and more than 20 women leaders from Sodexo participate and every year.
