Dr. Glorian Sorensen, PhD, MPH - Harvard
Dr. Sorensen is Professor of Social & Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Director of the Center for Community-Based Research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She leads the Harvard Chan School Center for Work, Health and Wellbeing, and her research focuses on integrated approaches to worker and worksite health and safety.
Cathryn Gunther - Merck
Cathryn Gunther is a health care strategist, innovator and collaborator. She launched Merck’s Global Population Health function focusing on innovative population health approaches that create sustained business value, leads Merck's workforce wellbeing strategy and is a member of the Business Group on Health, the Grand View Health Foundation Board, and the Global Chief Medical Officers’ Network.
Laura Gitman - BSR
Laura Gitman is a global expert on corporate sustainability & COO at BSR, a global nonprofit that works with 250+ member companies to build a just and sustainable world. She holds an MBA from Stanford and a BS from Cornell, and is an adjunct professor in the Bard MBA in Sustainability program, a Senior Fellow at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and a member of the UN Global Compact Expert Network.
Nebeyou Abebe – Sodexo (Moderator)
Nebeyou Abebe is Global VP of Health and Wellbeing at Sodexo, responsible for enterprise-wide health & wellbeing strategy and thought leadership. Prior to Sodexo he held senior level positions at the Louisiana Public Health Institute, MSL Group, and American Institutes for Research. His work has been published in several peer-reviewed publications and he serves on multiple health advisory boards.
