Selena joined SodexoMAGIC with more than 15 years of experience, notably as co-founder and CEO of Heritage Link Brand, an L.A.-based, MWBE-certified wine enterprise that was driven by her passion to build partnerships between America and Africa. As CEO, she successfully led the brand’s development from concept to sustainable operations. Today, it exceeds 70 million liters sold annually. Most recently, she served as head of strategy and operations for a tech start-up. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Selena leads an all-African American, women’s leadership team to oversee its 1,700 U.S. client sites and 6,500 employees, in partnership with Sodexo’s business lines and senior leaders.

 

 


 

Stacey WrazenStacey Wrazen

Chief Financial Officer, SodexoMAGIC

As a member of the founding team, Stacey helped grow SodexoMAGIC from start-up to $600M, achieving a five-year CAGR of 35% and retention of 97%, utilizing portfolio management and developing value add offerings to complement all business lines.

Stacey has a deep strategic and financial understanding of food and facilities management, having worked with Sodexo and global sports entertainment venues, before SodexoMAGIC. Her strong business acumen allows her to partner with the commercial and operations teams to understand the voice of the customer, market needs, and economics to shape direction to improve financial performance.

Stacey, who considers herself to be a lifelong learner, earned her Master of Business Administration in Business and International Finance, continuing on to attend The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a Certificate in Executive Leadership in Georgetown University.

 


 

Donna FordDonna Ford

Vice President of Business Development and Account Management, SodexoMAGIC

A management professional with more than 25 years of experience in facilities management, client relationship management, strategy and business development, Donna acts as a strategic partner assisting clients meet their long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining SodexoMAGIC, Donna held numerous leadership roles with Johnson Controls in the building efficiency business, including vice president of business development and African American Affinity Network President.

Donna’s local community memberships include the NCA&T Alumni Association-Atlanta Chapter, past president, past inaugural board member of Books for Africa, and member of the Marietta-Roswell Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Donna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She was featured in the 2004 Edition of “Who’s Who of Black Atlanta”, inducted in the Georgia’s list of 100 Most Powerful and Influential Women by the Women Looking Ahead Magazine, and honored as 2006 Distinguished Alumni at the 31st National Conference on Blacks in Higher Education by National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO).
