SodexoMAGIC is a joint venture formed in 2006, between Magic Johnson Enterprises, LLC, which is owned by NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo, Inc. Mr. Johnson holds a 51% stake in the company and serves as Chairman, qualifying SodexoMAGIC as a NMSDC-certified Minority Owned Business.

Currently employing over 6,500 people nationwide, SodexoMAGIC is a strategic partnership established for the creation of opportunities to provide food, housekeeping, facilities management and related services that brings new and partnering opportunities for Sodexo and MJE via three major pillars.

Feeding Student Success
As the SodexoMAGIC Cafeteria Manager, Kevin Dyer makes sure the students at Payne Elementary school are fed healthy, delicious meals and snacks. The way he sees it, though, that’s just part of his job. With many of the students living in challenging circumstances, he’s always there for a hug or high five.
