Sodexo works with a large network of startups from around the world to pilot the latest solutions at our sites. One of the ways we identify the best startups is through the Sodexo Accelerator. This program helps identify the leading-edge solutions that will meet local needs while impacting our business globally and keeping our entrepreneurial spirit alive. Startups apply to the program, we select the most promising, and engage them in an intensive mentorship and pilot program. Selected entrepreneurs, working together with our executives, then have the opportunity to develop and deliver game-changing solutions to our clients.

Sodexo Ventures also allows us to closely monitor, anticipate and respond to evolutions in rapidly moving sectors and markets. It then allows us to invest in the startups that will enhance Sodexo’s services. Sodexo Ventures investments include:

- Wynd unifies online and offline sales through a digital platform.
- Neo Nomade gives freelancers, startups and big corporations access to book co-working spaces across France.

Our Corp-Up Program gives the best intrapreneurial ideas the freedom and resources to grow within the organization and drive more value for clients:
- Docteur House provides services for independent doctors to create their own healthcare centers and manage their daily administrative tasks in order to exclusively focus on their patients.
- Rydoo is a game-changing business travel and expense mobile app that eliminates complicated admin procedures, to save employees time and reduce costs.
- FoodChéri is a fresh meals delivery company to expand our offer with a food delivery model in France. This is one more step in our journey of developing and selling offers that meet emerging consumer trends and reinventing the customer experience.
